can make us disconnected from our body and our core, causing even more stress, a sense of imbalance and numbness. The Body to Soul Sessions are designed to help you reconnect to your body and soul using everyday tools to keep this connection alive.

Our time together will be tailored to you, encompassing elements like massage, breathwork, de-armouring, movement, somatic exercises, meditation and mindfulness.

We'll focus on addressing your body's symptoms — be it aches, tension, chronic pain, discomfort, anxiety, or restlessness. 

The aim is to understand the messages your body is trying to convey and assist in releasing stored tensions, emotions, and pains to restore your vibrancy and lightness.

This isn’t a one-time session; it's a transformative process.

Typically, I work with clients through packages of six sessions, once a week over 2 to 6 months. This time frame allows for meaningful, long-lasting changes to take root—both physically and emotionally.

Each weekly session gives your body the space to process and integrate the shifts, while the exercises between sessions help solidify these changes. These practices provide a strong foundation, empowering you to support yourself and connect with your soul in your daily life.

1:1 Massage Session

The Body to Soul Massage is a holistic experience, blending massage, conscious touch, somatic resonance, breathing and energy work.

Ideal for those who want to experience presence and touch and dive deep within themselves.

Workshops

1:1 Online Session

The Body to Soul online session helps you bring awareness to your body and teaches you how to make sustainable changes in your everyday life. It includes

  • Somatic exercises

  • Breathwork

  • Meditation

  • Dance

Every workshop is unique and it’s an opportunity to reconnect with yourself while being supported and nourished by the energy of the group.

A few things to note…

It takes a minimum 6 weeks in order to notice the first consistent changes in every day life. After 6 weeks we will do a reassessment. It typically takes between 12 weeks to 6 months to establish long lasting changes and set new pathways in your every day habits.

Once your symptoms begin to improve we can start to strengthen your new foundations, further develop your skills and continue to deepen your understanding of who you are and what your resources are.

It is pivotal that once your symptoms subside, and you’re feeling a general sense of welling, that you don’t stop there. The journey inwards has just begun, this is the time to go deeper and explore the limits of your mind and body, deeply connecting with the soul and it’s reality… which is the only reality.
