Empaths & The Body
As an empath and body therapist I can see, feel and intuit more about my clients than what is seen on the surface.
I can tune into my intuition - the wise subtle voice that tries to speak to us all the time, and I recognise how it speaks through my body.
I incorporate this practice of tuning into ones own intuition in my sessions and workshops as a fundamental tool towards wellbeing and healing.
How does it work?
We start connecting to the body by taking some conscious deep breathes, we feel our feet and legs, we start becoming aware of the body. Then we follow the inner movement that the body is doing and we become more and more quiet and tuned in. We listen to every variation that occurs.
We support this process with specific movements, stretches, dancing, stillness and breathing, and we find the spot where everything quietens and the voice of intuition can be heard.
